We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to take on two key roles:

Business Development Trainer (BD Trainer): Responsible for designing and implementing training programs to enhance the capabilities of the Business Development team.

Operations: Manage and optimize business developments processes to ensure smooth operational activities. Work closely with management and various departments to enhance efficiency and oversee policy execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training:

Conduct training on product knowledge, sales processes, pricing policies, and sales systems for new Business Development employees.

Design and implement training programs on sales techniques, communication, and negotiation skills for the Business Development team.

Update training programs in alignment with the company’s business strategy.

Gather feedback from the Business Development team and management to adjust and propose suitable training programs.
2. Operations:

Support business development operations and optimize processes.

Collaborate with departments to resolve challenges and propose effective solutions.

Monitor the execution of business policies and internal processes.

Collect and analyze sales and performance data to suggest improvement strategies.
Education
-
Bachelor‘s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.
Professional Knowledge & Skills

Understanding of sales processes, customer psychology, and negotiation techniques.

Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and process optimization mindset.

Ability to work independently and contribute to team success.
Language Skills

Second language proficiency is not required but is a plus.
Work Experience

2+ years of experience in sales training or a related business development role.
Essential Capabilities

Strong teaching, communication, and presentation skills.
