Job Purpose:

  1. Responsible for supporting the BOD (Board of Directors) and CEO by providing strategic planning, project management, and executive support.
  2. The Strategic Planning Manager will serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective execution of strategic initiatives and key projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the CEO to develop, execute, and monitor strategic plans that align with the organization’s goals.
  2. Manage the CEO’s schedule and inbox, prioritize tasks, and ensure the timely completion of strategic initiatives.
  3. Prepare and distribute materials for executive meetings, including agendas, reports, and presentations; follow up on action items.
  4. Serve as a key contact between the CEO, executives, and staff to provide updates on projects, company climate, employee well-being, and planning efforts.
  5. Identify risks and blind spots in operations, bringing them to the attention of the CEO and BOD to facilitate proactive problem-solving.
  6. Work closely with the BOD, keeping them informed about upcoming strategic initiatives, commitments, and potential challenges.
  7. Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO and BOD, focusing on improving operational efficiency and supporting organizational growth.
  8. Coordinate and oversee travel logistics for the executive team, ensuring all plans align with the company’s strategic objectives.
  9. Collaborate with the CEO to prepare and distribute monthly investor updates, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
  10. Contribute to the development of new operational strategies, ensuring that they are in line with the organization‘s goals.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor of Business, Economic or Finance
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategic planning, executive assistant, or similar role
  3. Proven experience in managing high-level projects and providing executive support
  4. Overall understanding in Technology Industry
  5. Strong relationship management skills, be a team player and possess ability to work across organizations with business personnel at all levels.
  6. Ability to plan and consolidate information.
  7. Strong verbal and communication skills in English
  8. Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset
  9. Excellent customer and stakeholder engagement skills
  10. Good at reading data reports & Data mindset
  11. Effective project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives
  12. Experience in working under international or professional organization
