Job Purpose:
- Responsible for supporting the BOD (Board of Directors) and CEO by providing strategic planning, project management, and executive support.
- The Strategic Planning Manager will serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective execution of strategic initiatives and key projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop, execute, and monitor strategic plans that align with the organization’s goals.
- Manage the CEO’s schedule and inbox, prioritize tasks, and ensure the timely completion of strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and distribute materials for executive meetings, including agendas, reports, and presentations; follow up on action items.
- Serve as a key contact between the CEO, executives, and staff to provide updates on projects, company climate, employee well-being, and planning efforts.
- Identify risks and blind spots in operations, bringing them to the attention of the CEO and BOD to facilitate proactive problem-solving.
- Work closely with the BOD, keeping them informed about upcoming strategic initiatives, commitments, and potential challenges.
- Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO and BOD, focusing on improving operational efficiency and supporting organizational growth.
- Coordinate and oversee travel logistics for the executive team, ensuring all plans align with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with the CEO to prepare and distribute monthly investor updates, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of new operational strategies, ensuring that they are in line with the organization‘s goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business, Economic or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategic planning, executive assistant, or similar role
- Proven experience in managing high-level projects and providing executive support
- Overall understanding in Technology Industry
- Strong relationship management skills, be a team player and possess ability to work across organizations with business personnel at all levels.
- Ability to plan and consolidate information.
- Strong verbal and communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset
- Excellent customer and stakeholder engagement skills
- Good at reading data reports & Data mindset
