KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Product Development for the UrBox App
- Participate in the development and optimization of app features (earning/burning, offer browsing, gamification, personalization…).
- Build user flows, wireframes, and write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work with Product Designer, Tech, and QC to deliver features from ideation → development → release.
- Track post-release performance: conversion, crash rate, retention, funnel metrics.
2. CRM & Loyalty Platform Development
- Contribute to building the CRM system for End Users, Clients, and Merchants.
- Analyze business requirements and design flows for CRM engines: Segmentation, Event, Offer, Reward, Notification, Personalization.
- Build automation rules and lifecycle journeys to support user growth and engagement.
3. Data Analysis & Product Insights
- Analyze user behavior and feature performance through GA4, BigQuery, Appsflyer, and internal dashboards.
- Build and maintain tracking plans, collaborating with Data/Tech to ensure event quality.
- Conduct A/B testing, cohort analysis, and retention analysis to guide product decisions.
- Support KPI definition for product features using AARRR or North Star Framework.
4. Requirement Management & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Tech, UI/UX, Marketing, Client Team, and Merchant Team to gather and validate requirements.
- Manage product backlog, participate in sprint planning, grooming, and review sessions.
- Prepare release notes, support internal training, and ensure smooth feature adoption.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Data/Product Analyst.
- Experience in Mobile App, Loyalty, CRM, Martech, or E-commerce is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of product development processes, Agile/Scrum, backlog management.
- Strong analytical capability with SQL (BigQuery), GA4, Firebase, PowerBI
- Ability to write structured, clear, and logical product documentation.
- Familiar with funnel analysis, retention metrics, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
