KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Process Analysis & Optimization
- Work directly with internal departments to investigate and analyze pain points in existing processes.
- Propose technology solutions to address business challenges, ensuring technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness (ROI).
Product Planning & Documentation
- Build and maintain the development roadmap for internal systems.
- Produce detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), with strong focus on data flows and process diagrams (BPMN/Flowcharts) to ensure accurate implementation by the engineering team.
Backlog & Priority Management
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize items based on urgency and operational value.
- Act as a “gatekeeper” to filter ad-hoc or fragmented requests, guiding stakeholders toward scalable and system-level solutions.
UAT & Training
- Organize and conduct rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end users.
- Prepare user manuals and directly deliver training sessions for internal staff upon the launch of new features
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
Professional Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), Economics, or related fields.
Languages: Good at English.
Related Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst.
- Preference for candidates with experience building ERP, CRM, DMS, or other complex internal management systems.
- Proficient in flowcharting and process modeling (BPMN, UML).
- Basic knowledge of databases and SQL is a strong advantage.
Essential Capabilities
- Logical & System Thinking: Ability to view problems holistically and avoid local fixes that cause downstream issues.
- Communication Skills: Patient and capable of translating technical concepts for operations teams and operational needs for technical teams.
