Job Purpose or Summary: Take primary responsibility for improving current features & implementing new features based on client or customer demand. Advise solutions for business cases.
Main Responsibilities:
- Working with key stakeholders, including PRD, engineering, support, and sales organizations, to define, develop, shape, and refine requirements to build the product of Digital Reward Solution (Reward for Employees, Loyalty Solution, Membership …)
- Acting as a Business Analyst when needed
- Deep dive and research for rooms to grow and upgrade to scale our solutions better.
- Contributing & Executing Product Roadmap
- Collaborate or search for 3rd party partners to integrate with UrBox’s products.
Requirements
- Proven years of experience with B2B products or experience in commercializing in-house systems.
- Good understanding of loyalty solutions, reward & voucher market.
- Having knowledge of Employee Reward solutions is a plus.
- Decent skills with mockup tools such as Figma... A plus if you can create medium to high-fidelity web mockup with an obsessive attention to detail.
- Proactive, hands-on attitude and delivery obsession.
- Strong ability to manage partners & clients, strong problem-solving & analytical skills.
- Data-informed mindset: a mixture of product sense from experience with backup data & research reports.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
Professional major: BA, Computer Science or MIS, Data
2nd language ability: Good at English
Related experiences:
- At least 2 years as a product owner/product management
- Experienced in B2B SAAS products is a plus
