Job Purpose or Summary
Take primary responsibility for improving current features & implementing new features based on client or customer demand. Advise solutions for business cases.
Main Responsibilities
- Working with key stakeholders, including PRD, engineering, support, and sales organizations, to define, develop, shape, and refine requirements to build the product of Loyalty Solution
- Drive world-class execution in an end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Develop a member-centric, data-informed roadmap driven by deep understanding of customer pain points, user research, analysis, and stakeholder feedback
- Identify opportunities to innovate and improve products, while ensuring a great user experience for existing features.
- Acting as a Business Analyst
- Deep dive and research for rooms to grow and upgrade to scale our solutions better.
- Contributing & Executing Product Roadmap
- Collaborate or search for 3rd party partners to integrate with UrBox’s products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in BA, Computer Science or MIS, Data
- Proven years of experience with planning & developing core loyalty systems
- 3+ years as a product owner/product management, experienced in B2B SAAS products is a plus
- Basic understanding of loyalty solutions, reward & voucher market
- Having knowledge of Loyalty & Reward solutions is a plus
- Decent skills with mockup tools such as Figma... A plus if you can create medium to high-fidelity web mockup with an obsessive attention to detail
- Proactive, hands-on attitude and delivery obsession
- Strong ability to manage partners & clients, strong problem-solving & analytical skills
- Data-informed mindset: a mixture of product sense from experience with backup data & research reports
- Good at English
