KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Strategy & Solution Architecture (Loyalty & Promotion Focus)
- Own the vision and roadmap for UrBox’s Loyalty & Promotion Engine, transitioning from custom-built requests to a scalable, configurable "plug-and-play" ecosystem.
- Understand UrBox’s product ecosystem and contribute to organizing them into well-structured, flexible solutions for B2B and B2B2C clients.
- Act as a core consultant for the Business Development team during the pre-sales phase, proposing elegant technical solutions and defining project scopes that align with UrBox’s capabilities
- Help identify opportunities to improve product-market fit, package offerings, and drive partner adoption
Product-led Mindset & Team Growth
- Actively engage in ideation, research, and testing of new product concepts.
- Influence team mindset by fostering innovation, user focus, and continuous improvement.
- Help drive a product-centric culture across departments through clear communication and collaboration.
- Share knowledge and help members grow stronger and more confident in their roles.
Partner Integration & Product Delivery
- Drive the end-to-end delivery process from discovery to release and post-launch optimization, ensuring smooth deployment with all involved teams
- Lead the functional design and scope of integration initiatives, ensuring seamless and secure connectivity between UrBox’s middleware/APIs and partners‘ systems (e.g., Core Banking, Partner Apps).
- Collaborate with the Technical team to build comprehensive API documentation,integration workflows, and data migration plans to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for external tech
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with other PMs, Designers, and cross-functional partners.
- Work closely with Engineering, Business Development, Operations, Finance, and Legal to translate complex business rules into scalable product solutions
- Take ownership and initiative in projects, acting as the bridge that ensures alignment across all external and internal stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
Major: Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Language: Good English proficiency
Experience:
- 3+ years in Product Management, preferably in fast-growing tech companies or SaaS platforms
- Must have experience in Fintech, Banking, or Payments
- Experience building Loyalty platforms, Promotion/Rule Engines, or CRM ecosystems
- Strong experience with API integrations, webhooks, middleware, and system architecture
- Experience in B2B/B2B2C models and working with external clients
Key Capabilities:

Additional:
- Commercial awareness (solution pricing, alignment with Finance/Legal)
- Product management certifications (PSPO, CSPO) are a plus.
