Job Purpose / Summary

As a Product Manager, you are the driving force behind innovation, business expansion, and problem-solving at UrBox. You act as a trusted consultant and logical thinker—delivering not just quick fixes, but elegant and scalable solutions that support both business-as-usual (BAU) operations and new product or business development.
You will help scale existing products, impress partners with smart solutions, and continuously explore new opportunities to expand UrBox‘s portfolio and value offerings.


Main Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Portfolio Thinking

  • Support the development of product strategies aligned with UrBox’s business goals.

  • Understand the product ecosystem and structure it into scalable solutions for B2B and B2B2C clients.

  • Identify opportunities to improve product-market fit, refine packages, and increase adoption.

2. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Engineering, Business Development, Operations, Finance, and Legal to translate business needs into product solutions.

  • Ensure smooth execution of product initiatives from discovery through to delivery and post-launch optimization.

  • Take ownership of projects and align all stakeholders effectively.

3. Product-led Mindset & Team Engagement

  • Actively contribute to ideation, research, and testing of new product concepts.

  • Promote innovation, user-centric thinking, and continuous improvement across the team.

  • Advocate for a product-driven culture with clear communication and collaboration.

4. Team Spirit & Growth

  • Collaborate with PMs, Designers, and cross-functional partners.

  • Foster a supportive, learning-oriented team environment.

  • Share knowledge and help grow the capabilities and confidence of fellow team members.


Success Metrics

1. Product Performance & Business Impact

  • Revenue Contribution: Ensure owned products contribute to revenue growth.

  • Efficiency Gains: Deliver solutions that save time, reduce manual work, or cut operational costs.

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Target CSAT score of 75%+ (users rating 4 or 5), tracked quarterly.

2. Product Development & Execution

  • On-time Delivery: Launch features or projects on or ahead of schedule.

  • Scope Management: Maintain clarity and quality throughout development, avoiding scope creep.


Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • Relevant majors: Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.

Languages

  • Proficient in English.

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years in Product Management.

  • Hands-on experience in fast-growing startups or late-stage ventures.

  • Background in B2B2C products is a plus.

  • Experience in fintech, banking, or SaaS is advantageous.
