KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contract management: Draft and review all kinds of commercial contracts and legal documents related to or required for the Company’s operation.
- Regulatory monitoring: Follow up and update the Company on any new laws and regulations that are related to or may have any impacts to the company’s business.
- Support operation: Provide legal assistance in the companies’ daily operation and business projects implementation, including but not limit to providing legal advice to the board members of the companies, getting involved in negotiations with external parties.
REQUIREMENTS:
- BA or master’s in-laws.
- At least 1 year experience in advising commercial and corporate law, foreign investment, banking and finance.
- Good understanding of retail, eCommerce industry.
- Fluent in speaking and written Vietnamese and English.
- Able to work under a tight deadline.
- Good communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Holding a license to practice law in Vietnam is an advantage.
- Critical thinking and commercial mindset;
- Proven ability to proactively provide insightful and timely legal support to stakeholders across a functionally;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong team player, flexible, international, open-minded person, stress-resistant, resilient, able to work in a fast-moving and high-pressure environment
