KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Development Specialists are responsible for driving business growth, developing a network of contacts to attract new clients, researching new market opportunities to develop sales and revenue growth plans.
- Actively identify and approach potential corporate clients (B2B).
- Manage the entire sales cycle from: Prospecting → Qualifying → Solution Selling → Closing → Post-sale follow-up
- Coordinate with the team lead to build and maintain the sales pipeline and customer database.
- Customize sales strategy for different segments and take ownership of monthly KPI targets.
- Provide regular updates, market insights, and deal progress reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales
- Having a passion for hunting new clients
- Experience in working with big manufacturing clients is a plus
General Personality
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or outbound sales roles.
- A hunter mindset: proactive in approaching new clients, not waiting for inbound leads.
- Strong self-management and discipline: able to work independently without micro-management.
- Willingness to learn, adapt and self-reflect to continuously improve.
Skills
- The ability to provide new and distinct insights to clients.
- Have a good sense of the consumer and grasp the client‘s personality as well as the customer‘s valuable reasons.
- Recognize the distinct business measures, and who can speak to the fundamental metrics in the business they conducted.
- Preferred experience in fast-paced startups or high-growth environments departmental hierarchies.
- Familiarity with telesales, cold calling, email outreach, or B2B client meetings.
