KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Administrative & Office Support
- Manage and organize the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and business trips (booking flights, hotels, transportation, etc.).
- Prepare meeting agendas, arrange meeting rooms, and ensure necessary materials are ready.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems for easy access.
- Manage office-related tasks such as ordering supplies, arranging deliveries, and handling administrative requests.
2. Personal Support to CEO
- Assist with personal appointments when required.
- Support in scheduling private events or travel itineraries.
- Manage payments, bookings, and expenses related to the CEO’s personal needs (if assigned).
- Ensure the CEO’s day-to-day life and work schedule are well balanced and organized.
3. Communication & Coordination
- Serve as the contact point between the CEO and internal departments.
- Communicate effectively with team members to follow up on tasks or deliver information from the CEO.
- Greet and host guests, clients, and business partners in a professional manner.
4. General Support
- Assist in simple administrative tasks or errands requested by the CEO.
- Ensure all documents and items required for meetings or travel are ready and complete.
- Maintain a tidy and well-organized workspace for the CEO.
- Provide general support to the CEO and office team to ensure an efficient working environment
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field
Professional major: Business Administration, Management, Office Management, Secretarial, or similar fields
2nd language ability: Good command of English (spoken and written).
Related experiences:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
- Experience working directly with senior leaders, directors, or CEOs is preferred.
- Familiar with handling both business and personal tasks.

- Discreet, trustworthy, and professional in handling confidential information.
- Friendly, service-minded, and able to adapt to different working styles.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Good at problem solving and anticipating needs.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and modern communication tools
Additional notes:
- Must be flexible and available to support outside of regular office hours when required.
- Willing to travel occasionally with or on behalf of the CEO
