Main Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated software project Manager who will be responsible for the efficiency of the project’s operations. The software project Manager will be a key member of the leadership team of the project. If you have excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics, we’d like to meet you. The goal of the role is to secure the project’s functionality to drive extensive and sustainable growth

1. Work closely and deal with clients & internal stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
2. Develop project strategies, comprehensive project plans and reasonable budgets in order to ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
3. Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing project’s goal setting, performance management, and operations planning.
4. Perform regular assessment of project execution to identify areas for improvement; Initiate discussions to help bring to light issues of the project, identify and design solutions, lead and shepherd the implementation of those solutions to ensure successful delivery.
5. Coordinate with internal resources across functions, ensuring project remain within scope, schedule, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
6. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress
7. Create and maintain project plans documentation, report on project progress and risks to management

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree of Computer Science/ Information Technology

Related experiences: 2+ years in working as a software manager or project Manager

Essential Capabilities:

1. Understand about Frontend/ backend/ database/ API (Background from Engineering)
2. Experience in seeing projects through the full life cycle
3. Experience in validating ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline
4. Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues
5. Proven ability to troubleshoot problems creatively
6. Have a good business & product mindset
