KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely and deal with clients & internal stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Develop project strategies, comprehensive project plans and reasonable budgets in order to ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
- Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing project’s goal setting, performance management, and operations planning.
- Perform regular assessment of project execution to identify areas for improvement; Initiate discussions to help bring to light issues of the project, identify and design solutions, lead and shepherd the implementation of those solutions to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate with internal resources across functions, ensuring project remain within scope, schedule, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress
- Create and maintain project plans documentation, report on project progress and risks to management
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree of Computer Science/ Information Technology
Related experiences: 2+ years in working as a software manager or project Manager
Essential Capabilities:
- Understand about Frontend/ backend/ database/ API (Background from Engineering)
- Experience in seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Experience in validating ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline
- Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues
- Proven ability to troubleshoot problems creatively
- Have a good business & product mindset
