KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement telemarketing strategies and campaigns to generate leads, increase sales, and meet monthly targets.
  • Oversee a team of telemarketers, providing guidance, coaching, and training to maximize their performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate telemarketing calls to ensure quality standards are met and provide feedback to improve performance.
  • Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment that encourages team collaboration and individual growth.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, share best practices, and provide training on new products or promotions.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align telemarketing efforts with overall business objectives and strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Track and report on telemarketing performance and present findings to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies during telemarketing activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven work experience as a Telemarketing Lead or similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales goals and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights to enhance telemarketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in using telemarketing software and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of telemarketing laws and regulations.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and difficult situations with professionalism and tact.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
