Job description

1. Talent Acquisition:

  1. Design and execute recruitment strategies that align with UrBox‘s growth objectives and adapt to the dynamic job market.
  2.  Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  3. Partner closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand and anticipate their hiring needs, provide guidance, and align on strategic priorities.
  4. Drive initiatives to promote UrBox’s brand as an innovative and desirable workplace.

2. HRBP:

  1. Serve as a strategic HR partner to department leaders, advising on HR practices aligned with business goals and influencing decision-making.
  2. Manage performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development programs that scale with the company’s growth.
  3. Lead initiatives that strengthen an agile and inclusive work environment, promoting innovation and employee engagement.
  4. Provide guidance on employee relations, ensuring compliance and a balanced approach to addressing issues.

Job requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within a start-up environment, with hands-on expertise in both talent acquisition and HR business partnering.
  3. Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, advanced sourcing techniques, screening, interviewing, and closing offers.
  4. Proficient with recruitment data and metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) using ATS to optimize the hiring process.
  5. Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to consult and influence hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
  6. Proven ability to act as a strategic HR partner, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational change.
  7. Skilled in setting up and managing performance review cycles, goal-setting frameworks, and development programs that promote employee growth.
  8. Experience in designing and executing engagement and retention initiatives that foster a collaborative and positive work culture.
  9. Able to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and stay proactive in a dynamic environment.
