Main Responsibilities:
- Convert leads from Marketing by defining clients’ needs, preferences, and budget constraints
- Collaborate with BD team to cross-sell and upsell gift items, packages, or services, contributing to revenue growth
- Implement the business plan, taking necessary actions to achieve the assigned targets and drive business growth.
- Monitor and track progress towards targets, regularly reporting to the line manager on key performance indicators, successes, and challenges.
- Receive and process orders from the Business Development team, ensuring accurate entry and successful fulfillment.
- Manage order delivery timelines with accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operational processes.
Requirements:
- Degree of associate or bachelor’s degree
- At least 01 experience in business development or key account management, preferably in the
following industry: gifting, retail, merchandising… - Strong abilities of dealing with clients and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
- Proficient computer skills (canvas/ Excel…) and familiarity with CRM software
- Good at English is a plus
