KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Strategy & Content Development (20%)
- Collaborate closely with the Brand team to shape and execute the company’s overall brand strategy
- Build and manage a centralized corporate content/brand asset hub, including white papers, case studies, webinars, presentations, blog posts, leadership profiles, and visual assets
- Ensure consistency, quality, and strategic alignment across all brand materials
Social Media Management (40%)
- Own and grow our LinkedIn presence to strengthen brand authority in the B2B space
- Contribute to TikTok content to enhance B2C storytelling and engagement
- Develop and manage content calendars, campaigns, and community engagement initiatives
B2C Communications & Campaigns (30%)
- Lead & execute marketing campaigns and leverage other communication tools to nurture current end-user pool and drive engagement (b2c)
- Support PR activities, media outreach, and brand visibility initiatives
Events & Brand Experiences (10%)
- Conceptualize and execute a range of events, including trade shows, customer engagement activities, and internal brand initiatives
- Support and amplify CSR programs that reflect and strengthen the company’s values
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–3 years of experience in Marketing or PR, with at least 1 year in a B2B environment
- Proven social media management skills, with hands-on experience managing platforms like LinkedIn (B2B focus) and TikTok (B2C engagement)
- Experience managing multiple channels (social, content, email, events)
- Strong storytelling and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy
- Solid understanding of industry trends and market dynamics
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
