UrBox is Vietnam’s leading digital gifting & loyalty platform that enables businesses to integrate their reward & loyalty programs with an ever-growing network of more than 200 brands & 15,000 accepted online and offline stores in Vietnam. UrBox has the widest network of clients in loyalty in Vietnam and provide loyalty & reward solutions to many big organizations in the aviation, banking, FMCG, Insurance, Real Estate industries and more.
This role will be responsible for assisting the Product Manager
Responsibility
- In charge of the overall execution of Data Products, Recommendation systems, promotional programs, launching of new product features, and other projects as required.
- Conduct Qualitative and Quantitative research.
- Work with cross-functional teams including data analytics and product development to generate ideas and develop an end-to-end growth plan.
- Work with the creative and operations team for the execution of marketing and communications plans
Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Computer Science or MIS or Business Administrator
- BA or Data Product
- 2+ years experience in relevant fields such as Analytics, Research, Product Development
- Experience in building or working with CDP (Customer Data Platform) and Recommendation Systems
- Experience in MySQL & BigQuery
- Intermediate in English
- Results driven; able to deliver under tight deadlines and pressure
- Basic knowledge on product building
- Previous experience in a technology B2C product is a plus.
- Personal characteristics: Strong interpersonal skills; able to manage senior stakeholders.
