Main Responsibilities

Lead and manage the execution of end-to-end order operation from handling, preparing proposals & contracts to proceeding and delivering purchase orders to clients. This role is not only focusing on operational execution excellence but also managing performance of the team members

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management or a related field.

Professional major: 

  1. Order Operations Management:

    Own and manage the end-to-end execution of order operations, ensuring all purchase orders are processed, delivered, and completed accurately and on time. Maintain stable and scalable operations across both digital and physical voucher products, while ensuring high standards of accuracy, reliability, and operational consistency. Proactively handle execution issues, minimize operational risks, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

    Take full ownership of delivery performance, ensuring all orders meet committed timelines and service standards. Monitor execution flow, identify bottlenecks, and take immediate action to resolve issues and maintain operational continuity

  2. Team Leadership & Execution Excellence:

    Lead BD Admin, KAM, and Ops teams to ensure consistent execution quality and high productivity. Set clear expectations, manage workload effectively, and build a strong execution mindset within the team.

  3. Inventory Operations:

    Oversee the execution of fulfillment activities, including order processing, activation, delivery, and inventory handling. Ensure all operational activities meet required standards in accuracy, quality, and readiness.

  4. Vendor Management:

    Manage execution with logistics and printing vendors to ensure timely delivery, proper handling, and operational consistency. Ensure external execution aligns with internal requirements.

2nd language ability: Proficiency in English is a plus

Related experiences: 

  1. 3–5 years of experience in in key account management, or business operations roles
  2. Experience in managing or leading cross-functional operations teams
  3. Experience in high-volume transaction environments, preferably B2B or service-based businesses
  4. Proven experience in coordinating with stakeholders
  5. Experience in managing order lifecycle, SLA, and operational performance
  6. Experience in logistics, inventory, or fulfillment-related operations is a strong advantage

  1. Able to manage and guide a operations team, ensuring work is done smoothly and on time.
  2. Has a strong sense of ownership and can handle day-to-day operational pressure without losing control.
  3. Comfortable working with different teams and resolving issues quickly when they arise.
  4. Detail-oriented, practical, and able to keep operations running in a stable and consistent way while continuously improving how things are done.
