KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Learning & Development (L&D) – 60%
- Training Coordination: Prepare logistics for training sessions, including meeting rooms, materials, equipment, and tea breaks. Track attendance, support trainers during sessions, and conduct post-training surveys and reports.
- Training Data Management: Update and maintain employee training records on systems (LMS or tracking files). Monitor training reports, costs, and budgets.
- Internal Communications: Draft announcements and design basic communication materials to promote a learning culture within the company.
- Onboarding Training: Coordinate onboarding programs and directly deliver basic orientation content for new employees (company policies, rules, and regulations).
Administration – 40%
- Office Supplies Management: Monitor, order, and distribute office stationery and consumables on a monthly basis.
- Asset Management: Track and inventory office equipment and coordinate with service providers for maintenance (printers, air conditioning, drinking water, etc.).
- Event Support: Assist in organizing internal engagement activities such as team building events, year-end parties, and employee birthday celebrations.
- Other Administrative Tasks: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and support employee business travel arrangements (flight and hotel bookings).
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, or related fields.
Professional major: Experience in a similar role or as an HR Generalist.
Language Skills: Able to read and write in English.
Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience.
Essential Capabilities:
- Confident communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and AI tools.
- Ability to use basic design tools (e.g. Canva) is a strong advantage.
