KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Training Design & Delivery
- Develop training programs on products, processes, and sales skills
- Conduct training sessions in both offline and online formats
2. Content & Knowledge Base Management
- Develop and update training materials (videos, slides, guidelines)
- Manage the knowledge base system, including AI-supported learning tools
3. Content Alignment with Business Strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams to update training content in line with products and business direction
4. Training Effectiveness Evaluation
- Monitor post-training performance (meeting quality, conversion rate, revenue, etc.)
- Collect feedback and propose improvements to training programs
5. Team Capability Development
- Propose capability development programs for the Business Development team
- Support onboarding for new hires
REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Education, or related fields
- Preference for candidates with background or certification in Learning & Development (L&D) or sales enablement
Professional Experience
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in training, sales enablement, or capability development
- Experience working in a B2B environment or supporting sales teams is a plus
- Experience in developing training materials (slides, videos, guidelines)
- Experience with e-learning platforms or AI-supported training tools is a plus
Language Skills
- English proficiency is an advantage
