Responsibilities
- Search, engage and expand merchant base
- Negotiate contracts with Merchants
- Ensure smooth Merchant-onboarding processes by collaborating with other teams at UrBox
- Merchant UrBox engagement (Manage Operation, Gather existing promotion from merchant, POSM )
- To hunt special benefits to support to develop promotions project for Special clients
- Monitor and analyze metrics in order to recommend optimizations to improve performance and revenues;
- Complete other tasks assigned by Manager
Requirements
- A bachelor‘s degree in hospitality management, tourism, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Partnership/operation and KAM related field.
- Can write and speak fluently both in English and Vietnamese.
- Good communication skills Building and control procedures.
- Have experience and knowledge of premium services (moist high-class cuisine / airport services / travel entertainment hotel/spa/golf).
