KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement compliance assessment plans to evaluate adherence to internal processes and policies across departments and employees.
- Develop assessment tools and monitoring systems to track process execution and compliance levels.
- Analyze data related to internal interactions and operational performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and propose appropriate improvements or adjustments.
- Conduct internal communications, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to promote process compliance across departments.
- Propose improvements to systems (ISO frameworks, processes, software solutions) to standardize and digitize operational activities.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
Related Experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in Quality Management (QA/QC), Internal Control, or similar roles.
- Experience working in technology, service, software development, or management consulting companies is strongly preferred..
