Scope of work:
- Digital Marketing/Paid Media: Manage end-to-end B2B Lead Generation advertising campaigns on Google/Facebook/LinkedIn and other channels; Review and make sure all tracking works accurately.
- Lead Nurturing via CRM (Hubspot) & Other Marketing Automation Tools: Design CRM framework, own the full integration process; and implement CRM activities across channels, especially email marketing.
- Control budget, perform PnL analysis and measure cost effectiveness of the above marketing activities & channels/activities in terms of CPL, CAC, ROI, CLV, etc.
- Research & conduct other B2B marketing initiatives to drive leads, such as planning & publishing whitepapers, reports, case studies, workshop, webinars, etc
Requirement:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Marketing/Business or related field from a reputable University.
- Experience: More than 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing; of which at least 2 years in B2B companies.
- Soft-skills: Logical Thinking, Communication, Presentation, Problem Solving, Project Management, Relationship Building
