- Build strategy & run advertising campaigns on different channels (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc) to meet the following KPIs:
- B2B: Website traffic & Qualified lead generation (targeted at potential businesses to use UrBox’s corporate e-gifting and loyalty solution to gift their employees or customers)
- B2C: User acquisition (UrBox App Downloads, MAU, etc) (targeted at end-users who receive UrBox e-vouchers as gifts)
- Constantly monitor to optimize campaign performance.
- Control budget, perform deep-dive analysis and measure cost effectiveness of the above marketing activities & channels/activities in terms of CPL, CAC, ROI, CLV, etc.
- Implement, review and make sure all advertisement tracking works accurately; Work with Tech team to debug if neccessary.
- Take lead in raising requirements and coordinating teams to deliver critical digital projects such as Website revamp, SEO, CRM integration, etc.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by line manager.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business or related field from a reputable University.
- Experience: More than 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing; preferably in B2B/B2B2C companies.
- Skill-sets required: Digital Campaign Management; Data Analytics; Strong Interpersonal Skills (Comfortability working with Product & Tech team)
