Business Development Specialist responsibilities include prospecting new clients, Pipeline growth and Market expansion. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams & external strategic clients to improve the entire performance of the project.
- Client Acquisition: Proactive & hunger to identify and engage new clients to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Consultative Approach: Analyze client pain points and provide tailored solutions using UrBox offerings. Strategic and future-focused, always thinking about “what’s next" during the progress of working.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic Insight: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and enhance project performance.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals to maximize profitability. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics, forecast sales results, and communicate progress to stakeholders daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in related fields
- Experience: At least 2 - 3 years of related experience, with a background in B2B Sales or Strategic Business Development. Knowledge & Relationship in HR Services/ Loyalty/ Subscription SaaS is advantageous.
- Qualities: Integrity, hunger, dynamism, entrepreneurial spirit, open-mindedness, hard work, and fast learning. Built a wide network of clients in Finance – Insurance – Banking, Technology, FMCG Industries.
- High-level negotiation skills, Successful management of internal and external relationships.
- Strong Relationship Management & Business analysis skills.
- Passionate about the social impact and contributing to the emerging & potential markets.
- Ability to manage multiple projects & tasks under high pressure to archive the OKRs from the company.
