Scope of work:
- In charge of B2B sales and finding corporate in need of gifts/loyalty programs, or things of employee engagement.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and take advantage of their needs in order to upgrade and develop new products.
- Will serve as a point of contact for clients and UrBox‘s team (Tech, Product, Customer Service,...) to solve problems and improve user experience.
Requirement:
- At least 1 years of related experience in B2B sales / Account management
- Experience in ecommerce, Fintech, Insurance, Agency or FMCG is preferred.
- Product knowledge, market intelligence, sales skills (cold-call/cold-email)
- A persistent, positive attitude to problem-solving and proactive approach to tasks
- Function well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment where constant change is the norm and the bar for quality is set high
- Detail-orientation with superb organizational skills and strong follow-through
- Great ability to prioritize and manage schedules
- Treats people with respect; keeps commitments; inspires the trust of others; works ethically and with integrity; upholds organizational values
