Regional Business Development (BD) Director is responsible for managing and supporting BD Team to develop, retain & grow sales in the assigned region

Scope of work:

Strategic Planning and execution

  • Develope strategic business plan to ensure sales targets are meeting or exceeding year over year growth of assigned region
  • Execute weekly, monthly, quarterly & annually business plan for BD team that aligned with strategy, direction of company.

Sales supervision & management

  • Build business management processes to closely monitor business activities
  • Monitor and manage the daily sales and operation of BD team to support them achieve their target
  • Delegate tasks and/ or projects to suitable subordinate
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationship with existing and potential clients (B2B) as well as business partners
  • Develope new business opportunities by identifying target customer groups and new markets, developing market approaches.
  • Conduct sales performance forecasting and analysis, report

People Management & Development

  • Recruit, develop & retain talents to ensure the business development in the assigned region
  • Build a capable BD team & have succession plan by leading & providing coaching/ training to develop BDM
  • Coordinate with Training department to build development roadmap and training for BD team



  • Bachelor or higher Degree
  • Preferable in Economics, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing
  • Strong verbal and communication skills in English
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales B2B management in one of the following industries: 
  1. FMCG Industry: digital agency, experience in providing digital/ marketing solutions to customers
  2. Loyalty Industry: experience in jobs linked to system connection, system and digital product work, working knowledge of banking, insurance, aviation, and e-wallet industries
  3. Gift Card/ Employee Industry: Experience in enterprises specialized in business consulting solutions (HR services, software…) and conventional gift firms
