JOB PURPOSE:
Coordinate the operation and supervision of premium services for high-tier clients (VIP/Private Banking/High-end Cardholders). Ensure consistent and professional service quality and customer experience aligned with the brand and banking partner orientation.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage and maintain relationships with current and potential clients (B2B) as well as business partners.
- Consolidate data and evaluate program effectiveness on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Collaborate closely with other functional departments to address client inquiries and needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to onboard and adjust product offerings for projects.
- Support business operations through tasks such as SLA control, process tracking, data management, and performance push programs.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Professional Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Business Development or Key Account Management.
