About the Role

We are looking for an AI Builder to join UrBox and help build practical AI tools, workflows, and solutions that improve how our teams work.

This role is highly hands-on and focuses on turning AI capabilities into real business applications. You will work closely with different teams to identify opportunities, design and implement AI use cases, build AI Agents and workflows, and develop a structured Knowledge Base for UrBox.

This position is suitable for someone who is smart, logical, curious about technology, and genuinely enjoys building things with AI. No prior professional experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI Tools & Platforms: Build tools, workflows, and internal platforms that enable teams across UrBox to leverage AI in their daily work.
• AI Use Cases & Workflows: Work with different teams to identify opportunities, plan and implement AI use cases and workflows, and measure their effectiveness.
• AI Agent Development: Build, deploy, maintain, and continuously improve AI Agents for different business and operational use cases.
• Knowledge Base: Build and maintain UrBox‘s Knowledge Base by organizing company data, information, documents, and knowledge into structured layers that can be effectively leveraged by AI systems.
• AI Experimentation: Research and experiment with new AI models, tools, technologies, and approaches to identify practical applications for UrBox.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Business, Product, Data, and Technology teams to understand problems and turn them into practical AI solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor the performance and adoption of AI solutions, gather feedback, and continuously improve workflows, tools, and Agents.

Requirements

• Strong logical and analytical thinking with the ability to break down problems and find practical solutions.
• High level of curiosity and self-learning ability, especially when exploring new technologies.
• Genuine interest in building AI applications, workflows, automation, and AI Agents.
• No prior professional experience required. Fresh graduates and candidates who have built personal projects are welcome.
• Basic understanding of technology concepts, with knowledge or exposure to:
  • APIs / REST APIs
  • Data / Databases
  • JSON
  • Automation / Workflow
  • AI / LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Ability to independently research documentation, test new tools, and turn ideas into working solutions.
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and willingness to work on problems without predefined solutions.

Nice to Have

• Experience building personal projects involving AI workflows, AI Agents, chatbots, automation, or AI-powered tools.
• Basic understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Databases, or AI Agents.
• Experience with workflow and automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.
• Basic programming knowledge, especially Python, is a plus.
• Experience working with APIs or integrating different systems is a plus.
