RESPONSIBILITIES:
Order Setup & System Input:
- Create and update order information on internal systems (e.g., deal, PO, subPO)
- Ensure all required information is properly declared before processing
Order Processing & Execution
- Receive and process orders from Business Development team
- Execute order flows according to defined processes and timelines
- Monitor order progress and follow up to ensure timely completion
- Support tracking and reporting of order status, volume, and progress when required
Issue Handling
- Identify issues during order processing (missing data, delays, system errors)
- Take action to resolve or escalate issues to relevant teams
- Follow through until the issue is resolved
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Operations, or related fields
- At least 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Operations, or Key Account support roles
Experience in handling orders, documents, or administrative processes is a plus
Comfortable working with internal systems and cross-functional teams - Basic to intermediate English is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling order data and processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and follow through to completion in a fast-paced environment
- Good coordination skills and a proactive mindset in resolving issues and ensuring smooth execution
