KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Business Development (BD)
- Work directly with card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and banks to design and implement promotional or loyalty programs for international cardholders in Vietnam and overseas.
- Collaborate with partners to develop new partnership models, propose ideas to enhance cardholder engagement and benefit offerings.
- Monitor program performance and prepare regular reports on active cards, spending volume, transactions, and marketing results.
2. Merchant Acquisition
- Identify and approach potential merchants (domestic and international) to join loyalty and reward programs.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership terms, ensuring alignment with both partner and company objectives.
- Build relationships with global voucher providers and merchants to expand UrBox’s gift and reward inventory.
- Support issue resolution for merchant and customer complaints related to benefits or redemption activities.
3. Project Management
- Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Accounting, Product, and Technology) to ensure smooth program setup and technical implementation.
- Monitor project P&L, ensuring financial performance meets business expectations.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure partner requirements are met on schedule.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
2nd language ability: English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or higher.
Related experiences:
- 3 years of experience in Partnership Management, Business Development, or Project Management — preferably in banking, fintech, loyalty, or e-commerce sectors.
- Experience in technical project management.
- At least 2 years’ experience in vouchers, loyalty, or card-related fields.
Essential capabilities: Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and reporting skills.
