Main Responsibilities

Search for, engage, and expand the network of premium merchants.

Negotiate terms and sign contracts with partners.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes.

Maintain and develop relationships with merchants (operation support, promotion collection, POSM management, etc.).

Proactively seek and develop exclusive benefits to support promotional projects for special clients.

Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics to recommend improvements and drive revenue.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
Professional Background:
-
At least 2 years of experience in Partnership, Operations, or Key Account Management.

Experience in premium services such as high-end F&B, airport services, travel, entertainment, hotels, spas, or golf is a strong plus.
Skills & Abilities:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good analytical thinking and process control.

Proficient in both Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).
