Job Purpose or Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Training Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive learning and development programs at UrBox.
Main Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs (orientation, onboarding, soft-skills, leadership skills …) aligned with organizational objectives.
- Identify training needs through consultation with department heads, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Coordinate with internal and external trainers to design training contents and organize training activities.
- To be an internal trainer for inhouse soft-skill courses.
- Execute & follow up training activities including scheduling, venue arrangement and participant communication… to ensure the quality of training procedures.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback analysis, post-training assessments, and performance metrics.
- Manage E-learning platform & continuously enhance training materials and methodologies to ensure relevance and engagement.
- Control the training budget, maintain accurate training records and databases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- 3+ years of experience in the similar role
- Experience in conducting & training through soft-skill classes.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs in a corporate setting
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Familiarity and ability to facilitate traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job training, e-learning,)
- Experience with Training Needs Analysis and writing training material
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written, public speaking and presentation
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and data skill
- Be able to use software to build E-learning lessons: Storyline, Ispring, Video scribe, Articulate 360… or knowing LMS, TMS are advantages
