UrBox is a digital gifting & loyalty platform that helps businesses integrate their reward or loyalty program with an ever-growing network of national and international gift suppliers/merchants.
* Scope of work:
- Search, engage and expand the merchant base on their demand
- Negotiate commercial terms with Merchants
- Ensure smooth Merchant-onboarding processes by collaborating with other teams at UrBox such as Operations, Legal, Marketing, QC.
- Acquire merchant for Product Model & requirements from strategic financial partners.
- Manage effort & workload to ensure the Monthly, Quarterly, Annual KPI from Team Lead
- Monitor and analyze metrics in order to help merchants optimize and enhance the program performance;
- Complete other tasks assigned by Team Lead and Head
** Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, Professional Degree in related fields
- At least 2 years of related experience. Previous experience in Business Development, Partnership or Marketing is a plus
- Integrity, Dynamic, Entrepreneurial, Broad-minded, Hard-working, Fast-learning and get a wide network in FnB, Retails (Supermarket, FMCG, Fresh Stores,...), Fashion - Accessories - Bookstores,...
- High level negotiation skills, Successful internal and external relationships management.
- Strong Relationship Management & Business analysis skills.
- Passionate about the social mission and making a beneficial impact to the emerging market.
- Ability to manage multiple projects & tasks under high pressure simultaneously.
- Persistence to follow new ideas & thrive in a fast paced environment.
