We are looking for a proactive IT Support Specialist with 2–5 years of experience to join our dynamic IT team.
The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance, ensuring the company’s IT systems
operate smoothly, and maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

  • Receive and handle technical support requests (tickets) from internal departments through the ticketing system, ensuring SLA compliance for response and resolution times.
  • Install and configure PCs/Laptops (hardware, software, connectivity) for new employees; recover and process equipment during employee offboarding.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for hardware, software, and other IT-related issues across the company.
  • Manage and maintain warranty services for office equipment (computers, printers, time attendance devices, surveillance cameras, etc.).
  • Monitor and administer the office network system: Wi-Fi, routers/switches, firewalls — candidates with knowledge of Mikrotik, Unifi, or Cisco are preferred.
  • Manage and maintain email services (Google Workspace).
  • Plan and coordinate the procurement of IT office equipment and supplies.
  • Proactively propose technical solutions to ensure smooth and stable IT operations.
  • Assist with information security tasks, including basic security monitoring and supporting risk assessments as needed.
  • Collaborate with the IT/DevOps/Security team on implementing security policies, ensuring compliance, and supporting audits when required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in a helpdesk/IT support role, working on a ticket-based workflow.
  • Knowledge of networking required; experience with Mikrotik, Unifi, or Cisco preferred.
  • Knowledge of systems (Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, etc.) is a plus.
  • Proactive, responsible, able to work independently and collaborate well within a team.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: LAN/WAN,TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN.
  • Hands-on experience managing and maintaining network devices — Firewalls, Routers, Switches, and Wi-Fi Access Points — including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting; priority given to candidates experienced with Mikrotik, Unifi, and Cisco.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Domain, and system administration (user account management, group policies, access control) is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with basic IT security practices — supporting vulnerability checks, risk assessments, and incident response — is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of email and collaboration platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
  • Able to work independently on a ticket-based support workflow, prioritize tasks, and meet SLA commitments.
