Job Purpose or Summary
UrBox is Vietnam’s leading digital gifting & loyalty platform that enables businesses to integrate their reward & loyalty programs with an ever-growing network of more than 200 brands & 15,000 accepted online and offline stores in Vietnam. UrBox has the widest network of clients in loyalty in Vietnam and provide loyalty & reward solutions to many big organizations in the aviation, banking, FMCG, Insurance, Real Estate industries and more.
Main Responsibilities
- Search, engage and expand merchants’ base.
- Negotiate deals and contracts with Merchants.
- Ensure smooth Merchant-onboarding processes by collaborating with other teams at UrBox
- Merchant UrBox engagement (Manage Operation, Gather existing promotion from merchant, POSM
- Support deal for Outsource Projects
- To hunt promotion to support to develop promotions project for Special clients.
- Maintain service & support promotion for Outsource Projects
- Monitor and analyze metrics in order to recommend optimizations to improve performance and revenues.
- Complete other tasks assigned by Manager
Requirements
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree
2nd language ability: Good at English is a plus.
Related experiences: At least 3 years of related experience
Essential Capabilities:
- Excellent communication skills, both in the team collaboration and network with offline merchants.
- Excellent ability to solve problems, deal with uncertainties and handle pressure.
- Willing to always be on-the-go and be stationed in local merchant sites.
