KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Order Management & System Operations
- Receive and process orders from the Business Development team.
- Create, update, and maintain order information in internal systems (e.g., Deal, PO, SubPO, and related platforms).
- Ensure all required information and documentation are complete and accurate before processing.
- Execute order workflows in accordance with established procedures and timelines.
- Monitor order progress and ensure timely completion.
Operational Coordination
- Collaborate closely with Business Development, Finance, Product, Customer Success, and other relevant teams to facilitate smooth order execution.
- Track and communicate order status, progress, and potential risks to stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of operational reports and performance tracking when required.
Issue Resolution
- Identify and investigate issues arising during order processing, including missing information, delays, or system-related errors.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Escalate critical issues when necessary and follow through until resolution.
- Recommend process improvements to minimize recurring operational challenges.
Process Improvement
- Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
- Support the optimization of internal workflows and documentation processes.
- Perform other duties assigned by the direct manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Operations Management, or related fields.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Key Account Support, Customer Operations, or related roles.
- Experience handling orders, operational processes, and administrative tasks.
- Experience working with internal systems and cross-functional teams is preferred.
