KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Order Management & System Operations

  • Receive and process orders from the Business Development team.
  • Create, update, and maintain order information in internal systems (e.g., Deal, PO, SubPO, and related platforms).
  • Ensure all required information and documentation are complete and accurate before processing.
  • Execute order workflows in accordance with established procedures and timelines.
  • Monitor order progress and ensure timely completion.

Operational Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with Business Development, Finance, Product, Customer Success, and other relevant teams to facilitate smooth order execution.
  • Track and communicate order status, progress, and potential risks to stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation of operational reports and performance tracking when required.

Issue Resolution

  • Identify and investigate issues arising during order processing, including missing information, delays, or system-related errors.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Escalate critical issues when necessary and follow through until resolution.
  • Recommend process improvements to minimize recurring operational challenges.

Process Improvement

  • Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Support the optimization of internal workflows and documentation processes.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the direct manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Operations Management, or related fields.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Key Account Support, Customer Operations, or related roles.
  • Experience handling orders, operational processes, and administrative tasks.
  • Experience working with internal systems and cross-functional teams is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Basic to intermediate English communication skills.
