Main Responsibilities

Maintain and Optimize: Ensure the continuous maintenance and optimization of UrBox‘s existing products, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Product Development: Continue developing and enhancing existing products, as well as ideating and contributing to the creation of new products based on market needs and company strategy.

Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather product requests and feedback.

Translate Requirements: Convert business and user requirements into detailed technical requirements for the Engineering team to implement.

Tool Proficiency: Utilize tools such as wireframes and mockups to visualize and design product features before development.

Data-Driven Mindset: Use data to inform decisions and drive product improvements, ensuring that the products meet user needs and market demands.

Engineering Collaboration: Collaborate directly with the Engineering team to ensure that requirements are executed on time and with high quality.

Reporting: Report directly to the Head of Engineering on project progress and product performance.
Requirements

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in product management. A background as a Business Analyst (BA) is highly desirable.

Technical Skills: Solid understanding of software development processes and familiarity with tools like wireframes and mockups.

Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyze data and leverage it to make strategic product decisions.

Communication Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with different departments.

Education: A Bachelor‘s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
