Job Purpose or Summary

UrBox is a digital gifting & loyalty platform that helps businesses integrate their reward or loyalty program with an ever-growing network of national and international gift suppliers/merchants.

UrBox also connects brands with customers through multiple digital channels. One of them is VOP (Visa Offer Platform) where brands can run a point-back model promotion to drive more revenue & brand exposure from +26M Visa Cardholders in Vietnam

Main Responsibilities

  1. Drive merchant acquisition and onboard merchants aligned with UrBox and client objectives.
  2. Own and manage assigned commercial lines (e.g. Card organization or Bank partnerships) from A–Z.
  3. Act as the main contact point for clients (banks, card schemes, strategic partners).
  4. Define commercial strategy, campaign structure and merchant mix for each assigned line.
  5. Manage revenue targets, KPIs and P&L performance of assigned business lines.
  6. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Partnership, CSM, Operations, Legal, Marketing, Tech) to deliver programs.
  7. Monitor performance, provide insights and propose optimization plans to clients.
  8. Lead and Support team development and mentor junior members to deliver outcomes.

Requirements

Education: BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.

Related experiences:

  1. 5+ years of experience in Commercial, Partnership, Business Development or Client Management. Back ground Banking or Financial Institute will be bonus.
  2. Strong experience working with merchants, partners, banks, card schemes or large enterprise clients
  3. Proven track record in managing revenue targets and complex programs.
  4. Proven experience managing end-to-end business lines or key accounts, especially in banking or card-related partnerships.
  5. Strong experience working directly with banks, card schemes or strategic financial partners.
  6. Ability to design commercial models, merchant strategies and campaign frameworks aligned with client objectives.
  7. Proven capability in owning revenue targets, KPIs and business performance.

2nd language ability: Fluent in English
