loyalty programs with a growing network of 600+ national and international gift suppliers and
merchants. Our comprehensive solution caters to 1000+ corporate clients’ gifting and loyalty
requirements.
In this position, you will contribute to UrBox‘s innovative project, the UrBox+ Perks & Benefits
Package. This monthly service offers an exclusive selection of promotional coupons, deals and
Private Sale programs from over 600 diverse brands across multiple industries. The package serves
as a unique and innovative solution for enhancing employee welfare, allowing businesses to
improve their benefits offerings at a competitive cost. By utilizing UrBox+, companies can
significantly boost employee engagement and satisfaction through customized rewards and
incentives, fostering a more motivated workforce.
Scope of work:
Business Development Executive responsibilities include prospecting new clients, Pipeline
growth and Market expansion. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams &
external strategic clients to improve the entire performance of the project.
● Client Acquisition: Proactive & hunger to identify and engage new clients to build a
robust sales pipeline.
● Consultative Approach: Analyze client pain points and provide tailored solutions using
UrBox offerings. Strategic and future-focused, always thinking about “what’s next"
during the progress of working.
● Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships
with clients and internal stakeholders.
● Strategic Insight: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and
enhance project performance.
● Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals to maximize profitability.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
and objectives.
● Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics, forecast sales results, and communicate
progress to stakeholders daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly. Assist with challenging client
requests or issue escalations as needed.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in related fields
● Experience: At least 2 - 3 years of related experience, with a background in B2B Sales or
Strategic Business Development. Knowledge & Relationship in HR Services/ Loyalty/
Subscription SaaS is advantageous.
● Qualities: Integrity, hunger, dynamism, entrepreneurial spirit, open-mindedness, hard
work, and fast learning. Built a wide network of clients in Finance – Insurance –
Banking, Technology, FMCG Industries.
● High-level negotiation skills, Successful management of internal and external
relationships.
● Strong Relationship Management & Business analysis skills.
● Passionate about the social impact and contributing to the emerging & potential markets.
● Ability to manage multiple projects & tasks under high pressure to archive the OKRs
from the company.
