Scope of Work:
Report to HRBP Manager
Recruitment & Business Partner
- Manage all hiring-related operations to establish hiring strategy, budgets, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Expand the talent pool via all available channels, including job boards and social media.
- Collaboration with HRM aids HOD in staff growth and retention to guarantee the quality of hire following onboarding.
- Monitoring and building up reporting BOD and HOD of recruiting performance.
- Develop and coach TA team to provide recruiting services to meet aligned goals to business.
Employer Branding
- Drive internal and external initiatives for employer branding.
- Establish relationships with universities and outside vendors for important hiring initiatives.
HR System
- Perform system ATS (Base: Ehiring, Base HRM+) analysis and operation to update.
- Carry out user-specific actions on the Google admin site.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employer branding (prefer candidate have experience in tech product company).
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques to hire Tech & Non-Tech.
- Working knowledge of ATS, HRIS, Reports (Google Sheets / Power BI / Google Data Studio).
- A leader data mindset, use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
