We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our marketing efforts. The promotion of products and services through marketing channels is a complex procedure, so the ideal candidate must have a passion for all things marketing and technology.

You should be well-versed in digital marketing, content marketing and offline marketing.  You should be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas and execution capabilities to reinforce our marketing efforts.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for assisting the Business Line Marketing Manager in all the communication and engagement efforts for the business line that helps build our brand profile, customer reach, traffic, sales and revenue, in exchange for providing our strategic partners with access to UrBox services, media exchanges and promotion initiatives, to achieve mutually agreed win-win outcomes.

Strategy, Content and Project management

  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build lasting connections with clients, consumers…
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Zalo etc.)
  • Launch optimized online ads through Google Adwords, Facebook, Affiliates, Ad Networks, Partner Channels etc. to increase brand awareness and generate leads
  • Be actively involved in Website & SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Build and manage content for Biz line including digital engagement, content writing across all channels (Website / Facebook / LinkedIn / YouTube / Zalo /Printing Material...) following the strategic direction of Biz Line Manager
  • Measure performance of marketing efforts using a variety of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Mailchimp.. etc.)
  • Develop & implement a plan, including implementing content angles for campaigns with agreed KPIs.
  • Support other MKT teams when assigned or approved by the Head of Marketing

Key Requirements 

  • University graduate or higher majoring in : Communication, Marketing, PR ...
  • Have at least 04 years of experience in Communication, Branding, Events 
  • Experienced in both Offline and Online Marketing including but not limited to organizing Events, Lead Generation and Content Marketing
  • Have a broad knowledge and understanding of integrated business and marketing systems
  • Skilled in growth hacking, utilizing existing online / offline resources to expand brand communication effectively
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, SEO, Marketing Automation, Tracking & Analytics - this is a must!
  • Skilled in planning, implementing, testing, monitoring and evaluating
  • Have training skills, teamwork, and motivate employees to maximize their capacity.
